Alexa Guariglia found her love for dance at 3 years old when she began classes at the Brooklyn Dance Centers. She knew she wanted to spend the rest of her life dancing. She has studied dance in numerous styles such as Ballet, Contemporary, Graham & Horton Technique, Tap, Jazz, Musical Theatre, and Hip Hop. She continued her training at LaGuardia High School of Performing Arts, and now attends Long Island University to receive her B.F.A. in dance. Alexa has participated in several shows including, “An Evening of Work with Nathanial Hunt”, “Steps Performance Lab”, and “Earl Mosley’s Diversity of Dance”. She absolutely loves working with her "tiny artists" here at BDC. Alexa would like to thank Denise Rusinak, as well as her BDC Family for always inspiring her to achieve all her goals and continue her passion for dance.
